Gender equality is one of the fundamental issues that needs to be addressed in our society.

It’s an issue that affects all fields of work including in the radiology sector where there is huge gender inequality.

One in three radiologists in the world is female. But female representation among leadership boards reaches more than 50 percent in only two countries.
